thenooks.app ("Nooks") is a free community platform operated by Greenlyz LLC. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. The only paid products on Nooks are advertising placements — Nook Sponsorships, Promoted Posts, and Network Ads. This policy covers refunds for advertising purchases only.
Ad placements are purchased for a fixed duration (7, 14, or 30 days) and activated immediately upon payment. Because ad inventory is reserved and your placement begins running right away, we generally do not issue refunds once an ad is live.

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without first contacting Nooks may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. We resolve billing disputes directly and quickly — please give us the opportunity to make it right first.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
